Beef Lasagna

April 1, 2010
As mentioned in the previous post, I couldn’t find my recipe book.
After searching, I decided to go ahead with it.
Went grocery shopping for the ingredients.
Grocery Shopping Alone Is Never Fun

Ended up buying alot more than what I needed for the dish.

My Groceries For The Day

* Beef Lasagna*

Ingredients For Lasagna (Sauce)

– Sauce –

+ Vegetable Oil ( I didn’t bother measuring)
+ 4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
+ 1 medium sized White Onion, chopped
+ 1 Box White Button Mushrooms (found in super-markets), diced
+ 600g of minced Beef
+ 1 can Diced Tomatos
+ 1 bottle Pasta Sauce of choice
– – – – – – – – – –
  •  Add oil to heated pot, and fry garlic, onion, and mushrooms.
  • Remove excess liquid from the lot
  • Add  meat into the pot.
  • Once meat is brown, add can of diced tomato and Pasta Sauce

Once sauce is done, it should look like that.

The Sauce

The layering of the Lasagna came, but I forgot to take photos.

Sorry.

– Pasta –

+ box of Lasagna Pasta (250g)

+ grated Mozarella Cheese & Tasty Cheese (it’s really called Tasty Cheese, you ass!!)

  • Preheat oven to 190 degree Celcius.
  •  Layer in a baking dish evenly the sauce, grated cheese and uncooked Lasagna pasta.

    • The top layer would just be Lasagna Pasta and grated cheese.
    • Cover baking dish with aluminium foil.
    • Bake in oven for 10 minutes
    • Uncover baking dish, bake for another 10 minutes.
