Blueberry Muffins

Since I’m having my holidays now, decided to put my oven to work.

Betty Crocker's Wild Blueberry Premium Muffin Mix

Yes, it’s premixed.

But it’s still considered baking right!

Ingredients

The mix comes with…

Blueberries In A Can

Blueberries after rinsing.

and…

Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix

All you need is 3/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, and 2 eggs.

Add milk, oil and eggs to muffin mix.

Gently stir in blueberries.

Stir GENTLY!!

If not, your batter will turn grey and it doesn’t look very pretty after baking.

Grease bottoms of muffin cups.

Divide batter among muffin cups.

Into the oven at 425 farenheit/ 218 degree Celcius

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

While waiting, you can go entertain yourself by maybe planning the outfit to wear for brunch the next day.

Remember to check on muffins

It’s damn easy, and literally fool- proof.

Unless you’re seriously mentally challenged la, then I’ve got nothing to say.

Leave out to cool for 5 minutes or so before storing.
